Question 1

Are my images uploaded?

Accepted Answer

No. Image compression runs in your browser, so the original image stays on your device.

Question 2

Can I set a target file size?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set a target in KB. The compressor adjusts quality toward that size; transparency and image complexity can affect the final result.

Question 3

Which formats can I compress?

Accepted Answer

Use JPG, PNG or WebP. You can keep the original format or export to JPG, PNG or WebP.
